Disable Press Home to Unlock on iPhone

1 Disable Press Home to Unlock on iPhone

If you do not want to get your iPhone locked or disabled due attempting to unlock your iPhone too many times, then it’s a good idea to disable this feature altogether. How to do it? Easy and you’ll see it can be done in a blink of an eye.

Once you’ve decided you will not use Touch ID again, it’s time to head to the General menu in "Settings."

Scroll down and select the "Touch ID & Passcode".

You will be required to enter your 4/6 digit password to continue.

Then you can see “iPhone Unlock” and “Apple Pay” under the “USE TOUCH ID FOR” section. Just turn off the “iPhone Unlock”.
